Simulation of Use
For a better understanding of investors about the benefits of this consumable, let’s do a simulation using a Special Land.(Remembering that the ratio of WVC to GOLD is 1:5)
Profit (Without consumables)
In a Special Land maximum level, it supports the construction of 2 KONGEUS HOUSE (KH) with a cost of 2000 GOLD each and 50 more population houses, in our example we will use 25 MINERS HOUSE (MH) and 25 FARMERS HOUSE (FH) costing respectively 1000 GOLD and 500 GOLD each.
So in order to build all houses in a max level Special Land, let’s spend:
For KH 2 x 2000 = 4000 GOLD
For MH 25 x 1000 = 25000 GOLD
For FH 25 x 500 = 12500 GOLD
We conclude that we will spend to build all HOUSEs (4000 + 25000 + 12500) a total of 41500 GOLD.
At the end of the month they will yield 41500 before going dormant.
After demolishing we will get 25% of the value we used to build:
0.25 (%) x 41500 = 10375 GOLD
So our gross profit at the end of the month will be 51875 GOLD, removing the amount to rebuild and restart the rental cycle, we get 10375 GOLD of monthly net income.
To better understand the difference in the two cases, let’s use a period of 4 months to calculate the total profit.
If each month we have a profit of 10375, at the end of the 4 months we will have:
4 x 10375 = 41500 GOLD
In this case we can conclude that without using the consumable item, and removing all expenses, the profit at the end of these 4 months
It will be 41500 GOLD
Profit (With consumables)
We know that the cost to build 2 KH, 25 MH and 25 FH in a max level Special Land is 41500 GOLD.
After using the consumable item in all these HOUSEs, we know that in the first month they will not be inactive, the FH will be active and yielding for another 1 month, the MH for another 2 months and the FH for another 3 months, making demolition unnecessary in this period, therefore, consequently, we will not have expenses with the reconstruction of the HOUSE and any rent that yields in this period will be counted as net income:
1st month will yield 41500 GOLD
(No HOUSE will be inactive = 0 spend)
2nd month will yield 41500 GOLD
(2 KH is idle = -4000 to rebuild)
3rd month will yield 41500 GOLD
(2KH and 25 MH are idle = -29000 to rebuild)
4th month will yield 41500 GOLD
(All houses are inactive)
let’s not forget about 1000 + 7250 + 10375 with the demolition of inactive houses over the months.
We have at the end of the 4 months 166000 GOLD, subtracting the reconstruction expenses we had, we get:
166000 – 4000 – 29000 + 1000 + 7250 + 10375 = 151625 GOLD
Therefore, we conclude that our profit in a period of 4 months
Will be 151625 GOLD
if we make a direct comparison with the result of the 4 months without using the item, we notice that the profit can be up to 365% higher.
